Heirloom Sourdough bread

This is a dense loaf with a flavor like no other thanks to the heirloom grains that are freshly milled.
This bread is made with organic, fresh milled Hard White wheat, Spelt, Einkorn, Kamut, Buckwheat and Rye flours plus filtered water and sea salt.
