Four Seed Sourdough Bread

This bread is made with organic white wheat, organic whole wheat, organic rye , filtered water, and Celtic sea salt.  The 'Four Seeds' are: organic Pumpkin seeds, organic Sunflower seeds, organic Flax seeds, and organic Sesame seeds.
This is a hearty loaf with a lovely crunch of the toasted seeds.
The flour is freshly ground here on the farm right before making the dough.
