Multigrain Sourdough Bread

This bread is made with organic hard white wheat, organic hard red wheat, organic rye, organic oat, organic barley, organic triticale, organic soft white, organic spelt and or cracked grain, organic pumpkin, sunflower and flax seeds, filtered water, and sea salt.  
The flour is freshly ground here on the farm right before making the dough.
